NLC India Recruitment 2020 Selection Process:
Applicants who qualified Computer Based Online Examination will be shortlisted for Personal Interview in the order of merit based on marks scored in the examinations.
• Six times more candidates will be considered for Personal Interviews than the total post.
• Candidates who shortlisted for Personal Interview will be informed through the National Lignite Coalfield Limited India website (www.nlcindia.com). Shortlisted candidates will also be informed through Email or SMS.
• For General/EWS candidates minimum qualifying marks will be 50% and for OBC/ST/SC/PwBD candidates will be 40% marks.
• The final selection of candidates will be based on the aggregate of marks obtained by Computer Based Online Examination and Personal Interview.
